Desiree Durst

A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and Texas A&M University, Desiree has had a 25-year career in civil business, employment, and technology disputes. She began her career working as a briefing attorney for Magistrate Alan Albright and then the same for Judge James Nowlin. She then went to Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP, where she met Butch practicing Employment and Business Litigation. Later, she began a multi-decade career as the primary legal clerk to United States Magistrate Judge Andrew Austin, where she handled a vast range of complex litigation matters and trials for the Court. There is very little that Desiree has not seen in her quarter century of disputes practice, and brings to the Firm a vast knowledge of trial procedure, legal writing expertise, and excellent judgment.

Desiree is a wife, mother of two, and personal attendant to two rescue dogs.
